1. はじめに

SpeakNova（以下「本アプリ」）は、ARS, K.K.（以下「当社」）が提供する英語学習アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。本アプリはユーザー登録（アカウント作成）を必要としません。

2. 取得・処理する情報

学習コンテンツ（テキスト）: 会話練習や読解の解答など、ユーザーが入力・生成したテキストを、AIによるフィードバック生成のため当社のバックエンドを経由して Anthropic 社の Claude API に送信します。
音声（マイク）: 発音練習のためにマイクで録音した音声を使用します。音声認識（文字起こし）には Apple の音声認識機能を利用し、この過程で音声が Apple のサーバーに送信される場合があります。録音音声を当社が収集・保存することはありません。
アプリ内設定・学習進捗: 学習プラン、目標、ダウンロード状態などは端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。

3. 情報を利用する目的

取得した情報は、英語学習機能（会話生成、解説、発音練習、フィードバック）の提供のためにのみ利用します。広告配信や行動追跡（トラッキング）には一切利用しません。

4. 第三者への提供・委託

機能提供のため、以下のサービスを利用します。

Anthropic, PBC（Claude API）: 学習テキストの処理。
Apple Inc.（音声認識）: 音声の文字起こし。
Cloudflare, Inc.（バックエンド基盤）: 当社プロキシの実行。

これらの提供は機能提供に必要な範囲に限られ、ユーザーを特定する目的での販売や共有は行いません。これらの第三者は、当社と同等以上の水準でデータを保護することが求められ、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取り扱います。Anthropic 社は、API 経由で送信されたデータをモデルの学習には使用しません。

なお、AI機能を初めて利用する際に、どのデータがどの第三者（Anthropic 社）に送信されるかをアプリ内で明示し、ユーザーの同意を得たうえで送信を行います。同意しない場合、AI機能は利用されず、データは送信されません。

5. データの保存期間

学習設定・進捗は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除で消去されます。AIへ送信したテキストの取り扱いは各提供事業者のポリシーに従います。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。AIにより生成されるコンテンツを含むため、保護者の方は必要に応じて利用を監督してください。

7. ユーザーの権利

本アプリはアカウントを持たないため、端末内データはアプリ削除によりすべて消去できます。その他のお問い合わせは下記までご連絡ください。

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更はアプリまたは本ページで告知します。

1. Introduction

SpeakNova ("the App") is an English-learning app provided by ARS, K.K. ("we"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App. The App does not require account creation.

2. Information We Process

Learning content (text): Text you enter or generate (e.g., conversation practice and reading answers) is sent through our backend to Anthropic's Claude API to produce AI feedback.
Audio (microphone): Microphone audio is used for pronunciation practice. Speech-to-text uses Apple's speech recognition, which may transmit audio to Apple's servers. We do not collect or store your audio recordings.
In-app settings & progress: Study plans, goals, and download state are stored only on your device (local storage).

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to provide the learning features (conversation generation, explanations, pronunciation practice, feedback). We do not use it for advertising or tracking.

4. Third Parties

To provide features we use: Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) for processing learning text; Apple Inc. for speech recognition; Cloudflare, Inc. to run our backend proxy. We do not sell or share data to identify users. These third parties are required to protect your data to a standard equal to or greater than ours and handle it under their own privacy policies. Anthropic does not use data submitted via its API to train its models.

The first time you use an AI feature, the app discloses in-app what data is sent and to which third party (Anthropic), and obtains your consent before sending. If you do not consent, AI features are not used and no data is sent.

5. Data Retention

Settings and progress live only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Text sent to AI is handled per each provider's policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from a specific age group. Because it includes AI-generated content, guardians should supervise use as appropriate.

7. Your Rights

The App has no accounts; on-device data can be fully erased by deleting the App. For other requests, contact us below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
