NihaoNova（以下「本アプリ」）は、ARS, K.K.（以下「当社」）が提供する中国語（HSK）学習アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。本アプリはユーザー登録（アカウント作成）を必要としません。
取得した情報は、中国語学習機能（会話生成、解説、発音練習、フィードバック）の提供のためにのみ利用します。広告配信や行動追跡（トラッキング）には一切利用しません。
機能提供のため、以下のサービスを利用します。
これらの提供は機能提供に必要な範囲に限られ、ユーザーを特定する目的での販売や共有は行いません。これらの第三者は、当社と同等以上の水準でデータを保護することが求められ、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを取り扱います。Anthropic 社は、API 経由で送信されたデータをモデルの学習には使用しません。
なお、AI機能を初めて利用する際に、どのデータがどの第三者（Anthropic 社）に送信されるかをアプリ内で明示し、ユーザーの同意を得たうえで送信を行います。同意しない場合、AI機能は利用されず、データは送信されません。
聴解機能の「ラジオ」タブは、VOA（Voice of America／美国之音）および RFI（Radio France Internationale／法国国际广播电台）が公開している中国語番組のポッドキャスト RSS フィードを読み込み、音声は各放送局の配信サーバーから直接再生します。本アプリが音声を再配布することはありません。オフライン再生のために端末内へ保存した音声ファイルは、アプリの削除で消去されます。この通信にユーザーを識別する情報は含まれません。
辞書機能は、アプリに同梱した辞書データを端末内で検索するもので、通信もAIの利用も行いません。検索した語や単語帳の内容が当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。
学習設定・進捗・単語帳・録音は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除で消去されます。AIへ送信したテキストの取り扱いは各提供事業者のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。AIにより生成されるコンテンツを含むため、保護者の方は必要に応じて利用を監督してください。
本アプリはアカウントを持たないため、端末内データはアプリ削除によりすべて消去できます。その他のお問い合わせは下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更はアプリまたは本ページで告知します。

NihaoNova ("the App") is a Chinese (HSK) learning app provided by ARS, K.K. ("we"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App. The App does not require account creation.
Information is used solely to provide the learning features (conversation generation, explanations, pronunciation practice, feedback). We do not use it for advertising or tracking.
To provide features we use: Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) for processing learning text; Apple Inc. for speech recognition; Cloudflare, Inc. to run our backend proxy. We do not sell or share data to identify users. These third parties are required to protect your data to a standard equal to or greater than ours and handle it under their own privacy policies. Anthropic does not use data submitted via its API to train its models.
The first time you use an AI feature, the app discloses in-app what data is sent and to which third party (Anthropic), and obtains your consent before sending. If you do not consent, AI features are not used and no data is sent.
The Listening tab's radio section reads the Chinese-language podcast RSS feeds published by VOA (Voice of America) and RFI (Radio France Internationale) and plays the audio directly from each broadcaster's own servers. The App does not redistribute that audio. Files cached on your device for offline playback are removed when you delete the App. These requests carry no information identifying you.
The dictionary searches data bundled with the App entirely on your device. It makes no network requests and uses no AI. The words you look up and the contents of your word list are never sent to us or to any third party.
Settings, progress, your word list, and recordings live only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Text sent to AI is handled per each provider's policy.
The App is not designed to collect personal information from a specific age group. Because it includes AI-generated content, guardians should supervise use as appropriate.
The App has no accounts; on-device data can be fully erased by deleting the App. For other requests, contact us below.
