1. はじめに

「ひらめき堂」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社アルス（以下「当社」）が提供する、左右 2 択の制限時間つきクイズで頭の体操をする iOS アプリです。本アプリにアカウント登録はありません。

2. 個人情報を収集しません

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集・保存・送信しません。本アプリは通信を行いません。問題・写真・解説はすべてアプリに同梱されており、機内モードでも動作します。当社が運用するサーバーはありません。広告 SDK・解析 SDK も組み込んでいません。

3. 端末内に保存する情報

• 記録：遊んだ回ごとの日時・点数・正答数・ジャンルと形式ごとの正解数・反応時間、間違えた問題の番号。端末内（アプリの Application Support）にのみ保存され、本アプリを削除すると消えます。設定の「記録を消す」でも消せます。
• 設定：段階、ゆっくりモード、文字の大きさ、振動の有無。

これらの情報は外部に送信されません。iCloud 同期も行いません。

4. 共有機能

記録タブの「分析」では、図を画像にして iOS の共有シートから送ることができます。送るかどうか、どこへ送るかは利用者が選びます。本アプリが自動で送ることはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

当社は利用者情報を取得しないため、第三者へ提供することもありません。

6. コンテンツの出典

問題の一部は、総務省統計局・国土地理院・国土交通省・農林水産省の公開データ（政府標準利用規約）、Wikidata（CC0）、EDRDG の KANJIDIC2・JMdict（CC BY-SA 4.0）をもとに当社が作成しました。写真は Wikimedia Commons の写真を各ライセンス（CC0・パブリックドメイン・CC BY・CC BY-SA）に従って使用しています。出典の一覧はアプリ内の「設定 → 写真の出典 / データの出典」に掲載しています。

7. 子どもについて

本アプリは利用者情報を取得しないため、年齢にかかわらず、利用者から情報を収集することはありません。

8. 健康に関する表示について

本アプリは頭の体操と気分転換のためのものです。分析の図は遊んだ記録の集計であり、健康や能力についての評価ではありません。

9. 変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに変更後の内容を掲載します。

1. Overview

Hirameki-do ("the app") is an iOS quiz app by ARS, K.K. ("we") for mental exercise: a question, two big buttons, a few seconds to answer. The app has no account.

2. We collect no personal data

The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. It makes no network connections: all questions, photos and explanations are bundled with the app and it works in airplane mode. We operate no server. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.

3. Data kept on your device

• Records: for each round, the date, score, number of correct answers, per-genre and per-type counts, reaction times, and the IDs of questions you got wrong. Stored only on your device; deleted when you delete the app or tap "記録を消す" in Settings.
• Settings: difficulty level, slow mode, text size, haptics.

None of this leaves your device. There is no iCloud sync.

4. Sharing

The analysis screen can render its charts as an image for the iOS share sheet. You choose whether and where to send it; the app never sends anything by itself.

5. Third parties

Since we collect no data, we share none.

6. Content sources

Some questions were generated by us from public data of the Statistics Bureau of Japan, the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, MLIT and MAFF (Government of Japan Standard Terms of Use), Wikidata (CC0), and EDRDG's KANJIDIC2 and JMdict (CC BY-SA 4.0). Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their respective licenses (CC0, public domain, CC BY, CC BY-SA). Full attributions are in the app under 設定 → 写真の出典 / データの出典.

7. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, regardless of age.

8. Health claims

The app is for mental exercise and recreation. Its analysis charts summarize play records and are not an assessment of health or ability.

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
